We are a boutique architectural studio located in Tauranga, New Zealand.

With over twenty years experience working on high end residential and commercial projects, we have developed the skill set to suit any project. Excellence is achieved with quality design and documentation.

Clever efficient design and good detailing is important to us. Listening and interpreting the clients brief is key to a successful partnership. Jason will work with you to bring your visions to life while providing valuable feedback on budget, time and build considerations.

Each new design is an individual opportunity to create a space that reflects the heart of the people who live there. We believe architecture should be both beautiful and practical, invoking a strong sense of pleasure for those who spend time within the walls.

Our Services

We provide an initial complimentary consultation to clarify your queries and run through your client brief.
The architectural design phase is split into the following 3 stages
(1) CONCEPT DESIGN
Cost: Fixed fee quote.
Here we put all the information from the brief, the site and it’s context, our design philosophies and come up with an amazing design which is presented to the client. We will provide you with floor plans, perspective images, exterior material and colour selections
STAGE 2 - DEVELOPED DESIGN
Cost: Fixed fee quote.
This is where we start looking deeper into the structural methodology and further resolve cladding junctions and set outs. Generally this would include detailed site plans, floor plans, framing plans, cross sections and elevations.
STAGE 3 - BUILDING CONSENT DOCUMENTATION
Cost: Fixed fee quote.
This stage includes the detailed drawings, specifications and full building consent documentation which we will lodge with Council. We make sure we detail and resolve every junction and we pride ourselves on a high level of detail.
If necessary we can put together tender documents to gain the best price and contractor for your project.
This stage is optional and it generally only applies to high-end residential projects.
We visit your construction site to attend regular project control meetings with the builder and client to ensure a smooth build.
